Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah seperti yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Surau dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for a Surau and designates that the Director of the Islamic Religious Affairs Department, Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
