In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for Water Tank and designates that the Director of Water Supply Department Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.

Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah seperti yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Surau Desa Permai dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Agama Islam Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.
