Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Kawasan Tadahan Air dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah, Jabatan Bekalan Air, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [56 of 1965], the State Authority reserves the land described in the

Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for a Catchment Area and designates that the Director of Jabatan Bekalan Air, Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
