Sembilan on Tuesday 7 August 2007 at 10.45 a.m. in respect of the following matter:
Application for Order for Sale of Land held under H.S.(M) 1325 P.T. 1034,
Mukim of Jimah, District of Port Dickson (PTPD. 369//108/07/01).
Any person who has any interest in this matter or wishes to make any claim, objection or other submission shall attend at the place and at the time specified and be prepared to give oral evidence and to produce any documentary evidence he may possess.
Any such person may be assisted at the enquiry by an advocate and solicitor.

Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak untuk masjid dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land
Code [56 of 1965], the State Authority reserves the land described in the
Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for a mosque and designates that the Director of the Islamic Religious Affairs Department of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
