Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar, dengan persetujuan Raja Dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang dinyatakan di dalam Jadual dan ditanda dengan sempadan berwarna kelabu dalam Pelan Warta No. PW 939 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Negeri Sembilan tidak lagi menjadi Perizaban Melayu sebagaimana yang disiarkan melalui Warta Kerajaan N.M.B. Bil. 2121 bertarikh 30 Jun 1916.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment, the Menteri Besar, with the approval of the Ruler in Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule and delineated upon by grey borders in the Gazette Plan No. PW 939 which is deposited in the office of

Director of Survey and Mapping, Negeri Sembilan shall cease to be part of the

Malay Reservation as published vide F.M.S. Government Gazette No. 2121

dated 30 June 1916.
