Director of Islamic Religious Affairs Department, Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.

Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah seperti yang diperihalkan di dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Tanah Perkuburan

Islam dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam,

Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.
