Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah seperti yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Kolam Takungan dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for a Retention Pond and designates that the

Director of Drainage and Irrigation Department, Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
