Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 53 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan pada 9 Februari 1967 [W.K.N.S No. 53/1967], pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan padanya oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun

Tanah Negara [56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah mengisytiharkan bahawa tanah Lot 2383, yang terletak di Bandar Teluk Kemang, Daerah Port

Dickson seluas 0.235 hektar dan ditandakan di atas Pelan Akui No. 19342

yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Negeri Sembilan, menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak melihat anak bulan di bawah jagaan Pengarah Hal Ehwal Agama Islam, Negeri Sembilan:

Dan bahawasanya, didapati suaimanfaat sekarang oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bahawa keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu patut dibatalkan:

Dan bahawasanya, notis mengenai cadangan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri sebagaimana yang disebut terdahulu itu telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan Pihak

Berkuasa Negeri sebagaimana yang disebut terdahulu:

Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu.

Whereas, by Notification No. 53 published in the Negeri Sembilan Government

Gazette on 9 February 1967 [N.S.G.G. No. 53/1967], in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [56 of 1965], the

State Authority had proclaimed that the land being Lot 2383, Town of Teluk

Kemang, District of Port Dickson having an area of 0.235 hectare and delineated upon Certified Plan No. C.P. 19342 which is deposited in the Office of the

Director of Survey and Mapping, Negeri Sembilan to be a reserve for public purpose, that is, a site for sighting new moon to be maintained by the Director of Islamic Religious Affairs, Negeri Sembilan:

And whereas, it now appears expedient to the State Authority that the whole of the aforesaid reservation should be revoked:

And whereas, notice of the proposal of the State Authority as aforesaid was published in the Negeri Sembilan Government Gazette No. 878 on 21 November 2007 [N.S. G.G. No. 878/2007]:

And whereas, no objection to the proposal of the State Authority as aforesaid was received:

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code, the State Authority revokes that the whole of the aforesaid reservation.
