Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk sistem dan perkhidmatan pembetungan dan menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan mempunyai kawalan terhadap rizab itu.

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for a sewerage system and service and designates the Federal Land Commissioner as the officer who shall have control of the reserved land.
