Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, untuk kemudahan awam dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut dan diselenggara oleh Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam Negeri Sembilan.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, for public utilities and designates that the State Secretary of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land and maintained by the Director of the Islamic Religious Affairs of Negeri Sembilan.
