Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar, dengan kelulusan Raja dalam Mesyuarat, mengisytiharkan bahawa tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan dengan sempadan berwarna kelabu dalam Pelan Warta PW 1807 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Negeri Sembilan tidak lagi menjadi Perizaban Melayu sebagaimana yang disiarkan melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan No. 350 bertarikh 31 Mac 1987.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment, the Menteri Besar, with the approval of the Ruler in Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule and delineated by grey borders in the Gazette Plan No. PW 1807, which is deposited in the Office of the

Director of Survey and Mapping, Negeri Sembilan shall cease to be part of the

Malay Reservation as published vide Negeri Sembilan Government Gazette No.

350 dated 31 March 1987.
