Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for a Sports Complex and designates that the

President of the Municipal Council of Seremban shall have control of the reserved land.

Pembetungan dan menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.
