Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak untuk Projek Tanaman Kekal Pengeluaran Makanan dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Pertanian Negeri, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for Permanent Plants Output Foods Project and designates that the Director of Agriculture Department of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
