Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk dewan orang ramai dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Jempol hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site a public hall and designates that the District

Officer of Jempol shall have control of the reserved land.
