Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak balai raya Kampung Sungai Jernih dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Tampin hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for a balai raya at Kampung Sungai Jernih and designated that the shall have control of the reserved land.
