Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak untuk Sistem dan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan dan menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu.

Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for a Sewerage System and Services and designates that the Federal Lands Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land.
