Enactment, the Menteri Besar, with the approval of the State Authority declares that the land described in the Schedule and delineated upon Certified Plan

No. C.P. 20033 which is deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and

Mapping, Negeri Sembilan to be a Malay Reservation area.
