Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar, dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri, mengisytiharkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditanda dengan sempadan berwarna kelabu dalam Pelan Akui No. P.A. 05-028746 dan P.A. 05-028747 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Negeri Sembilan tidak lagi menjadi sebahagian daripada Perizaban Melayu sebagaimana yang disiarkan melalui Warta Kerajaan N.M.B. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i)(b) of the Malay

Reservation Enactment, the Menteri Besar, with the approval of the State

Authority, declares that the land described in the Schedule and delineated by grey borders upon Certified Plan No. C.P. 05-028746 and C.P. 05-028747

which is deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Negeri

Sembilan shall cease to be part of the malay reservation as published vide

F.M.S. Government Gazette No. 3536/10-11-1916.

District—Rembau. Mukim—Selemak. Certified Plan No.—C.P. 05-028746 and

C.P. 05-028747. Lot No.—2158-2161, 2163, 2169-2180, 2182-2191, 2205-2207,

2213-2214, 2218, 2220-2222 and 2236-2237. Area—3457 square metres.
