Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak gerai dan tempat letak kereta dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu.

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, for stalls and car park and designates that the State

Secretary of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
