Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk pembangunan akan datang dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggara oleh Majlis Daerah Jelebu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for future development and designates that the

State Secretary of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land and the reserved land shall be maintained by the District Council of Jelebu.
