Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah seperti yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Kuil Dewi Sri Maha Mariamman dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Seremban hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for Dewi Sri Maha Mariamman Temple and designates that the District Officer of Seremban shall have control of the reserved land.
