Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar, dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri, mengisytiharkan tanah Lot 8469 yang diperihalkan di dalam Jadual dan ditanda dalam Pelan Akui No. P.A. 33934 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Negeri Sembilan sebagai Kawasan Perizaban Melayu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 142], the Menteri Besar, with the approval of the

State Authority, declares that the land Lot 8469 described in the Schedule and delineated upon in the Certified Plan No. C.P. 33934 which is deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Negeri Sembilan to be a Malay Reservation Area.
