Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak sistem dan perkhidmatan pembetungan dan menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut dan diselenggara oleh Ketua Pengarah Perkhidmatan Pembetungan.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for sewerage system and services and designates that the Federal Land Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land and maintained by Chief Director of Sewerage Services.
