Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan di dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Rizab Tangki Air dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Bekalan Air, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu.

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for a Water Tank Reserve and designates that the

Director of the Water Supply Department, Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
