Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam Taman Rekreasi Awam di Kampung Pasir Besar dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Tampin, hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap rizab tersebut. Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for Recreation Area at Kampung Pasir Besar and designated that the District Officer of Tampin, shall have control of the reserved land.
