Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, Balai Raya di Kampung Baru Gemas dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Tampin, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap rizab tersebut.

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for Community Centre in Kampung Baru

Gemas and designated that the District Officer of Tampin, Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
