Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar, dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri, mengisytiharkan tanah yang diperihalkan didalam Jadual dan ditandakan dalam Pelan Akui No. P.A. 78903 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Negeri Sembilan sebagai Kawasan Perizaban Melayu.

Enactment, the Menteri Besar, with the approval of the State Authority, declares that the land described in the Schedule and delineated upon in the Certified

Plan No. C.P. 78903 which is deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Negeri Sembilan, to be a Malay Reservation Area.
