Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak Bangunan Pejabat Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for a Negeri Sembilan Government Office

Building and designated that the State Secretary of Negeri Sembilan Shall have control or the reserved land.
