Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk tujuan pembangunan akan datang dan menetapkan bahawa Pentadbir Tanah Kuala Pilah hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu.

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for a future development and designates that the Land Administrator of Kuala Pilah shall have control of the reserved land.
