Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak untuk kegunaan awam dan menetapkan bahawa Pentadbir Tanah Daerah Jelebu hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, for a public purpose and designates that the Land

Administrator of Jelebu shall have control of the reserved land.
