Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk kawasan lapang dan telah menetapkan Daerah Mukim No. Lot No. Pelan Akui Keluasan (Meter Persegi) P.A. WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI SEMBILAN [4hb Feb. 2010 70 bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut dan hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Daerah Jempol.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National

Land Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is for an open space and designates that the State

Secretary of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land and shall be maintained by the President Council of Jempol.
