Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah seperti yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk litar sukan motor cross dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Jempol hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for motor cross sport complex and designates that the District Officer of Jempol shall have control of the reserved land.
