Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak untuk gelanggang bola keranjang dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Jelebu hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.
