Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk Pembangunan Semula Gerai Awam dan menetapkan bahawa Yang Di Pertua Majlis Perbandaran Port Dickson hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for Restructuring Public Booths and designated that the President of Port Dickson Municipal Council shall have control of the reserved land.
