Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk semaian dan landskap dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut dan diselenggara oleh Yang Di Pertua Majlis Perbandaran Port Dickson.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a nurseries and landscapes and designated that the State Secretary of Negeri

Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land and maintained by the

President Port Dickson Municipal Council.
