Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah seperti yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk rizab rekreasi dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

State Secretary of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
