Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk Bangunan Pusat Industri Kecil dan Sederhana dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Seremban hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for a Small and Medium Enterprise Centre

Building and designates that the District Officer of Seremban shall have control of the reserved land.

square metres.
