Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk Pulau Burong dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Port Dickson hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is the site for Burong Island and designated that the Port

Dickson District Officer shall have control of the reserved land.
