Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu ‘Taman Kekal Pengeluaran Makanan’ dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Jelebu hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is for ‘Taman Kekal Pengeluaran Makanan’ and designates that the Jelebu District Officer shall have control of the reserved land.
