Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk Kawasan Hijau dan menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Secretary of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
