In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is for an additional reserve site for Batu Kikir Jamek

Mosque and designates that the Director of the Islamic Religious Affairs of

Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
