Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk Kawasan Lapang dan Kepentingan Awam dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Jelebu hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap rizab tersebut dan diselenggara oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Daerah Jelebu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National

Land Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for a Open Space and Public Interest and designated that the District Officer of Jelebu shall have control of the reserved land and maintained by President of Municipal Council of Jelebu.
