Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak untuk perkuburan Islam dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.
