Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak untuk Kawasan Tadahan Air dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri, Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut dan diselenggara oleh Pengarah Sumber Air Negeri Sembilan.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for a Water Catchment Area and designates that the State Secretary of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land and shall be maintained by Director of Water Sources of Negeri Sembilan.
