In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is for a Balai Raya Kampung Simat and designates that the District Officer of Kuala Pilah shall have control of the reserved land.
