Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak untuk tanah perkuburan Islam dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Hal Ehwal Agama Islam Negeri Sembilan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.
