Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam iaitu tapak untuk Pulau di Pulau Pelandok dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Port Dickson hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site for a Island at Pulau Pelandok and designates that the

State District Officer of Port Dickson shall have control of the reserved land.
