Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, Rizab Pembesaran Kampung dan menetapkan bahawa Pentadbir Tanah Jelebu hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is, a site reserve for a Enlargement Village and designated that the District Offier of Jelebu shall have control of the reserved land.
