Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu tapak Balai Raya, Balai Penghulu dan sebuah Pejabat Pertanian di Kampung Kepis Baru dan menetapkan bahawa Pegawai Daerah Kuala Pilah hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap rizab tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is a site for Community Hall, Penghulu Hall and Agriculture

Office at Kampung Kepis Baru, District of Kuala Pilah and designates that the District Officer of Kuala Pilah shall have control of the reserved land.
