In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code, the State Authority reserves the land as described in the Schedule for a public purpose, that is an additional sites for a Muslim Burial Ground and designated that the Director of the Islamic Religious Affairs of Negeri Sembilan shall have control of the reserved land.
